We’re not your typical professional development.

The Teacher Collaborative brings Pre-K-12 teachers together from across Massachusetts to learn from each other, problem-solve collaboratively, and grow as leaders.

We believe that when we give teachers the space to develop and share their best ideas, we can transform instruction, achieve stronger learning outcomes for students, and support Massachusetts' educators to thrive in the classroom.

PROGRAMS + SERVICES

Most professional development doesn’t work, and teachers know it.

Better PD should position teachers as experts, and focus on concrete strategies teachers can use in their classrooms right away.

Here’s how we do that:

  • Our signature programs offer teachers opportunities to connect, learn about topical issues affecting their classrooms, work with other educators to develop solutions to pressing challenges, and build their skills as peer leaders. Join us.

  • We partner with school districts, education agencies, and other organizations to facilitate teacher-centered PD and bring teachers’ perspectives to the table. Learn more.
